About Vitin Bhaskar
Founder | Director | Storyteller
Vitin Bhaskar’s journey into the world of storytelling began under the spotlight—on the stage. Starting as a passionate theatre actor, he immersed himself in powerful plays and experimental theatre, where he learned the essence of human connection through performance. Over time, his creative path led him from acting to directing, where he helmed several Marathi plays and also made his mark in Marathi television serials as an actor.
Always driven by a deeper vision, Vitin went on to direct a Hindi feature film, further honing his craft and narrative voice. In 2016, he took a leap and founded Fuburza Films—a video production company born out of a desire to tell stories that truly stand out. From brand films to corporate videos, he believes in pushing creative boundaries and delivering content that is engaging, meaningful, and never ordinary. Today, Vitin leads Fuburza Films with the same passion he brought to the stage—focused, fearless, and fiercely original. “Stories have the power to move people—and I’m here to make sure they never forget them.”

Creative Head | Editor | Director – Fuburza Films
Raakesh Raut has been active in the film and television industry since 2002. He began his journey as a stage actor in acclaimed Marathi plays such as Janun Bujun, Gopala Re Gopala, Nakar, and various one-act performances. Transitioning into direction, he spent four years at ShreeSidhivinayakChitra Production, growing from Assistant Director to Episode Director on popular TV serials like Char Divas Sasuche, Aai, Sata Janmachya Gathi (ETV Marathi), and VARAS (Zee Marathi). Raakesh has also directed three Marathi feature films — Bhutachi Shala, Kamalabai Missing, and Raggad — along with numerous short films and corporate AVs. Currently serving as Creative Head at Fuburza Films, he continues to lead with vision and passion, creating impactful, culturally rooted storytelling across mediums.

His attention to detail and problem-solving skills have made him a reliable pillar in the team.
